We guide you thru 2 or 3 tailored options that we believe will provide you the optimal outcome to achieve your goals. Here we will answer any doubts/questions that you may have with the options we have presented.
Application
Once you’ve chosen the loan that suits your needs and are ready to begin the application process, we then prepare the application submission for you, negotiate with lenders on the best rates and manage the end-to-end process from submission to approval to settlement.
Approval to Settlement
Once you’ve received unconditional approval, we will assist you completing all the required paper-work and help you with other parties to manag and deliver a painless, timely and smooth settle-ment for you. Post settlement we will review and ensure all loan details have been setup correctly as per the application.
